New Patient

If you are a new patient to our clinic, please arrive five minutes early before your appointment or complete a new patient form here and bring the following items to your appointment:

Fees

Patients with a valid Medicare card are eligible for bulk billing. A fee can be charged for allied health services and specialist consultations, which may vary depending on the complexity of the service or treatment.

Appointments

Our practice is appointment-based, however walk-in patients are always welcome and accommodated. The duration of our regular appointments is up to 15 minutes.

Communication Assistance

If you require communication assistance (e.g., a translator), please let our reception team know when you arrive. A phone interpreter may be available.  If you need an Auslan sign language interpreter during your appointment a booking can be made online at http://www.nabs.org.au/ or by calling 1800 246 945.
